Return and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before work on the project has commenced. To cancel, please contact us at SimmonsDataCraft@yahoo.com as soon as possible.
Once the project has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Refunds

Completed Services: Due to the nature of our business, refunds are not available for services that have been fully rendered and delivered.
Partial Refunds: If the project is canceled after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the percentage of work completed.

3. Revisions

If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, we offer one round of revisions at no additional charge. Requests for revisions must be made within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If we are unable to complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will be entitled to a full refund.
